Need More Info?

Find out if CBA is right for you:
If you’re interested in finding out more about enrolling your student in Calvary Baptist Academy, review our beliefs, our mission and vision, and our goals carefully.
Our Admissions Process
Our mission is to equip students academically and spiritually to pursue Christ, and we achieve this through a vital partnership with families and churches. The unified support of the family, church, and school creates the best foundation for a child’s lifetime of meaningful Christian service. Thanks to the many families and churches already involved; we anticipate getting to know you!
The CBA admissions process is designed to ensure alignment between the school and prospective families. We prioritize families who are committed to a local church that agrees with our Statement of Faith. Additionally, we expect applicants to have satisfactory academic transcripts and a behavioral record that reflects respect for their fellow students and authority.
Step 1 – Complete this Inquiry Form
This information provides general information about your family and student. There is no cost or commitment for completing this inquiry form.
Step 2 – Schedule a Meeting and Tour
Plan your visit to meet our administrative team! Once you submit the Inquiry Form, a team member will contact you via phone or email to schedule an appointment with the Principal. During this meeting, you’ll have a chance to ask any questions and receive a tour of the campus.
After your visit, we invite your child to “Shadow” a student. This means your child can spend a half or full day with our current students, attending classes and participating in regular daily activities to experience life at CBA firsthand.
Step 3 – Complete the Application
If you believe CBA is the right fit, you can formally apply. Submit your online application along with your child’s transcripts, behavioral reports, and the Pastoral Reference Form. The non-refundable application fee (which also covers enrollment) is collected when you submit the application.
Step 4 – Interview and Testing
After reviewing your application, we’ll schedule a final meeting with Dr. David Warren, Head of School, to confirm enrollment. We will also schedule academic placement testing for your student, if applicable, to help us determine appropriate course placement.
Step 5 – Complete Enrollment
We will send you a follow-up email with the final enrollment steps to complete. This email includes important extra information, such as setting up tuition payments, providing emergency and medical contacts, and other essential details.
Welcome to the CBA family!
